You agree not to:
Information on this Site is for general reference. Estimates, scopes, and pricing are only binding when issued in writing as a formal proposal or contract signed by both parties. Site visits may be required before a final estimate can be provided. Unforeseen conditions discovered on-site (including structural, hazardous materials, or code issues) may result in change orders.
All content on the Site — including text, logos, photography, illustrations, and layout — is owned by Direct Demo or used with permission. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute any content without our prior written consent. Project photographs may include imagery from completed jobs with applicable permissions.
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk.
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site’s availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on the Site constitutes engineering, structural, or legal advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Direct Demo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site. Liability for services performed is limited to, and governed by, the terms of the written contract for that specific project.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
